New Zealand Haka by Psychofilly
YEAH! WOOHOO!

New Zealand has won the bid to host the 2011 Rugby World Cup. We hosted in 1987 (the first one) and then lost co-hosting rights with Australia in 2003 (due to some incompetents within the NZRFU). We were competing for this one with South Africa (1995 hosts and winners)and Japan. Bookies had us on very long odds, a distant 3rd. This means so much to a country where rugby is the national religion and main sporting code. It's going to be huge!

In other news, I woke up this morning with a very sore lower back. I don't know what I've done. There's been no heavy lifting or moments where I've thought I'd hurt myself. It's at a point directly between my hip-bones and extends down into my butt. I know some of my f-list have had sore backs, but this is my first. What should I do? Have I just slept funny and pulled a muscle? I can still walk and sit and bend, but it's pretty uncomfortable. It's hard to get going but not so bad once I'm moving. Advice, my sage and wise friends?
